Returns & exchanges

In-stock shop items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can give you instructions.

Custom & made-to-order

Custom creations, alterations, and memory quilts are personally made for you and are not returnable. We work closely throughout the project so you'll love the result.

Class registrations

Class fees are refundable up to 7 days before the class start date. Within 7 days, fees may be applied to a future class.

Damaged items

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos and we'll make it right.
